This position is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated technologist that possesses infrastructure, consulting and Microsoft CRM exposure looking for that next technical challenge. The candidate will be consulting with customers, usually as part of a specialized team, to architect and technically deploy and implement CRM 3.0 and 4.0 environments (including servers and clients). The candidate will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with Web Servers, Database Servers, Reporting Servers and Clients all interacting securely.
This roll will require direct contact with the customer and will involve working onsite at client locations when needed.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must have a working knowledge of:
ľ Server architecture and performance tuning
ľ Active Directory
ľ SQL Server 2000 and 2005
ľ SQL Reporting Services
ľ Exchange
ľ Various authentication schemes (Kerberos, NTLM, etc)
ľ Basic networking and internet best practices
ľ Outlook
ľ Load Balancing /clustering
Specific knowledge on Microsoft CRM, Terminal Server or Citrix a plus.
Additional Requirements:
ľ 3-5 years experience in Microsoft infrastructure
ƒæ Bachelor¡¦s degree preferred
ľ Microsoft Certifications a plus
ľ Excellent communication skills
ľ High degree of motivation, self direction, commitment and integrity
ľ Ability to multi task
ľ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ľ Team focused
