We are looking to hire a part-time employee to provide mental health services. As a therapist on one of our teams, you will gain experience doing individual, family, couples, didactic teaching, and group therapy. You will work with a diverse population with a variety of experiences including intensive family issues, trauma, behavior management, mental illness, abuse and neglect, and school-based issues.
Job Requirements:
Requirements:
* Masters degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, MSW, LPC, or MFT
* 3 years of experience post Licensure not master’s
* TN State license for mental health counseling required
* Training and experience in working with a culturally diverse client base
* Ability to work with adults, and either couples or children and families
* Ability to work independently with willingness and openness to clinical supervision
* Flexibility and willingness to develop and expand skills
* Must be able to work some evening appointments contingent upon number of clients seen and client need
