Job Description:
Coordination of all hourly position training programs in multiple venues (coast to coast) Revision of training manuals, plate presentation systems and other training related materials Hiring and development of corporate training team to support new location openings. Managing corporate trainer performance and behavior throughout the opening training process Facilitation of hourly train the trainer workshops and other hourly trainer performance improvement courses New location opening training coordination including preparation of agendas, schedules, monitoring training quality and consistency, facilitation of daily manager and training communication Establish and manage corporate trainer travel and lodging arrangements within allotted budget Required Experience: On the job training experience in a high volume full service hospitality setting BOH and FOH position experience, preferably at a supervisory level or above Delivery of presentations and instruction to staff and management Corporate training experience - minimum three opening assignment completed in a trainer/supervisor of training role Key Skills and Characteristics: Microsoft Office proficiency - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Frequent domestic travel for extended periods.
