Job Description:
Develops, designs and deliver new training and procedures and develops training job aids Designs and implements trainee evaluations, tracking progress, includes performance and practical exams and adjusts teaching/training/coaching methods to accommodate trainees needs. Researches and compiles information in instructional area, accesses and prepares appropriate educational/ training materials. Has had leadership role in adult training within an organization. Experience in Microsoft suite software to support a training database and preparation of training materials. Has demonstrated skills in PowerPoint. Develops training to include communications simulations for use practicing emergencies. Remains current with FAA and TSA regulations, industry and standards in aviation and public safety fields to maintain training and comply with current standards. Ideal candidate will have aviation operations, security, and/or maintenance communications or public safety communication experience Qualifications: Must be willing to work any shifto support emergency and snow operations, and act as an alternate resource in any one of the six operational functions and maintain operational knowledge and proficiency at all workstations in the centers. Baccalaureate Degree and one year of experience assisting with training and education in aviation work environment, (airport or public safety communication/maintenance operations center).
