Job Description: Responsibilities Include: Proactively develop and implement learning and development plans to address business challenges; partner with business leaders to identify key learning opportunities. Select appropriate instructional procedures or methods such as individual training, group instruction, self study, simulation exercises, role plays, and computer based training. Manage and provide direction to outside training vendors. Act as overall project manager for the facilitation of these learning events. Design, develop and deliver leadership development programs, sales training, negotiation training, financial skills training, and other offerings as appropriate. Participate in US Crop Production team meetings, regional meetings and national meetings as required. Take on additional learning and development responsibilities as needed. Required Skills: Bachelors Degree required; Masters Degree preferred Minimum of five years of professional applicable experience (training and development, agriculture, sales, marketing, etc.) Knowledge of adult learning principles.
