Description You will be responsible for providing global leadership and sharing of best safety practices across all GSS regions; developing and implementing specific processes to ensure continuous improvement of Process hazard prevention programs and requirements in the engineering/design phases of project work; providing central review and oversight of all safety activities to ensure consistency and quality; building a partnership with regional directors worldwide to ensure support is effectively provided in achieving our zero performance goal in safety, health and environmental areas; leading integration of Environmental considerations and compliance into design, engineering and construction in project work; interfacing with business and functional leaders across the company on safety and environmental issues related to engineering work; developing, distributing, updating and providing training for new safety and environmental programs; identifying applicable externally imposed safety/health standards and establishing procedures for their implementation; leading periodic internal safety audits/assessments for each region\'s execution center or engineering team; providing assistance in implementing needed changes in order to achieve acceptable results on all evaluations and assessments; conducting accident investigations including.
