Job Description:
Well established local commericial contractor seeks experienced self motivated individual with a minimum of 10 years experience, for the position of Director of Construction. Qualified Candidate must have the knowledge and expertise to supervise a diverse range of projects, which include interior & exterior renovations, base building and full service maintenance company. Ability to bid construction projects a plus. Source of work is from government contracts,third party business and a large portfolio of company owed real estate.
