Job Description:
The analyst must be sensitive to business partner issues and constraints, and proactively work to identify process improvement opportunities. The analyst will also provide business expertise to systems projects impacting TAAC. This role requires active participation in the project environment to ensure goals and objectives are met. The analyst will work closely with TAAC Business Analysis and IS staff to identify, validate and implement system solutions. The analyst must possess strong written and verbal communication skills. The analyst will be responsible for documenting issues and communicating recommendations in a clear and concise manner. In addition, the analyst will be responsible for developing and delivering effective presentations and training initiatives to staff and management. The analyst will also partner with management to formulate and implement divisional goals such as management reporting, process redesign and personnel training. Primary Responsibilities · Analyze, report and track Fund dilution on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis; analyze dilution to validate affect to the Funds and facilitate reimbursements Declare, report and reconcile Periodic and Month-end dividends and resolve resulting fund, business unit, or systems issues/problems Monitor the Early Warning System in order to react to unusual Cash and Share activity for the Funds Create and analyze ad hoc queries utilizing ATAAC and the satellite applications for TAAC business partners Partner with management to ensure department operational deliverables Interpret problems and provide analysis toward resolution Evaluation of current workflows and recommendations for process improvement Assist in establishing and reviewing departmental policies and procedures.
