Job Description:
The EHS Mgr must maintain, develop, implement, and monitor systems, work processes, and programs to ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and corporate environmental and safety regulatory requirements50% - Provide leadership, development, and support to implement, maintain, and improve plant work processes consistent with Corporate EH&S guidelines and Regulatory Requirements.15% - Prepare all environmental regulatory compliance submittals and inquiry responses.10% - Oversee plant DOT labeling, RCRA, and waste disposal programs.10% - Provide primary leadership and support for PHA and management of change EHS reviews.5% - Sponsor and facilitate Plant EHS Team.5% - Develop and implement programs to achieve solid and liquid waste reduction5% - Manage IH Sampling and Continuous Improvement Program.Education and Experience:B.S. degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science (other degrees combined with applicable experience will be considered).Proven working knowledge of R&H or similar corporate Environmental, Safety, and Industrial Hygiene systems.Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
