Job Description:
Execute administrative and personnel management responsibilities related to the accomplishment of the mission assigned. Exercises significant responsibilities in dealing with and advising management officials of higher rank Provide financial guidance to 15 ACC bases and works closely with nine (9) AF overseeing and supporting financial operations with Southwest Asia Be responsible for developing all ACC policies and procedures pertaining to civilian and military pay, travel, military banking, paying collecting operations, and provides accounting liaison for ACC with Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS). Develop customer service initiatives for over 125,000 personnel with a $3.1 B annual payroll Oversee internal management control program, quality performance measures, and contingency operations within the finance area Coordinate with higher headquarters and base level functional counterparts as necessary to provide financial advice and support to ACC customers and staff Brief status of programs and current accounting issues Maintain files of correspondence, directives, instruction, and other publications relating to assigned programs and organize, compile management data, and prepare and submit reports Travel: As needed Physical Requirements Travel - Domestic and International Skills Ability to handle stress and work well under pressure Ability to use MS Office Ability to use PC Analytical and Critical Thinking Skills Interpersonal and People Skills Listening Skills Multi-Tasking Ability Negotiation Skills Oral and Written Communication Skills Organizational Skills Presentation Skills (using Powerpoint) Project Management Ability and Skills Team-Building Skills Qualifications Qualifications:
