Complete ownership of all aspects of business operations (analysis, project management, people management, communications) and delivers results while ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and other statutory requirements. Establishes goals and strategy for business unit and leads a team of people to deliver on that agenda. Influences senior leaders, peers and others across the organization to support business strategy. Responsibilities: The Chief Operating Officer - COHL will be responsible for the following: · Leading the cross-functional operations team which includes; secondary marketing, underwriting, processing, closing, post closing and Capital One settlement services.
