The GLBT Historical Society is a small San Francisco nonprofit organization that maintains one of the preeminent archives of GLBT materials in the world. It makes these materials available to researchers as well as mounting exhibits and pubic forums throughout the year. It is run by a small staff, a very active board of directors and many volunteers. Recruiting and managing volunteers. Providing administrative support to the Executive Director. Serving as point of contact for both volunteers and the public. Position will begin August 1, 2008.
