Teen Supervisors lead work groups consisting of 10-20 individuals in planting, exotic species removal, and spread native seeds at Great River Greening fall and spring restoration events. Training is provided and new supervisors are paired with more experienced ones until they are comfortable to work alone. Skills Must be in high school or a freshman in college. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate groups of people. Demonstrate the ability to work with people of all ages and abilities Able to work well in groups Great River Greening We are a nonprofit organization that restores valuable and endangered natural areas and open spaces by engaging individuals and communities.
