Evaluate the adequacy of Contractors construction schedule, to insure proper planning, progress, provisions of availability of materials, equipment and labor, and coordination of the various phases of work. Interprets and clarifies construction plans, specifications, and submittals exercising independent judgment in distinguishing between compliance and noncompliance of workmanship,.
