Job Description:

As the product manager for AutoCAD LT you must be able to work closely with customers, sales, design and development teams to determine the target customer, pricing, sales model, and feature set to ensure the continued success of this high volume product. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: As the lead product champion, the Product Manager will be required to present the product strategy and direction in many venues to different audience types. Prioritize market requirements and features sets based on a balance between customer benefit vs. resources require. Work with geo Sales Development Directors and geo product marketing and pricing to insure that AutoCAD LT meets the needs for their markets. Work with Product Design in further defining the required features in a conceptual design Work with cross functional teams to refine resource assignments per feature as the understanding of the requirements evolve in the final stages of the design and development process. Assist Product Marketing and Industry Marketing in defining positioning, messaging, demo sets, marketing collateral, etc... Requirements: Strong industry and general business knowledge Intense customer focus Strategic thinker that can manage long-term, short-term and cross product issues.
