Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of experience, professional degree, strong communication and organizational skills and a thorough understanding of current codes, regulations and technical standards. Qualified candidates must be a team player and have a proven track record of mentoring and leading multiple staff members / project teams and shall be responsible for upholding high technical standards and to reinforce office quality control methodologies. This position could be either a full-time or part-time endeavor depending on the candidate\'s desires.
