Using both on the job training and selected in-house training courses you will continue to develop your overall skills. You will work within a team concept, first working with mentoring senior engineers and then gradually branching out to work on projects as the electrical lead. At CDM you will have the opportunity to develop business skills by assisting in the development of proposals, meeting clients and overseeing engineering budgets, technical skills through design and training courses and constructability skills through field observation and design/build tasks. CDM's Electrical Practice is eighty-five plus members strong, located in twelve offices across the globe. Our domestic electrical groups are located in: Albany.
