Job Description : Successful candidate will act as the group manager/leader for the Water/Wastewater Group in the St. Louis office, addressing technical issues and accountable for the delivery of designs to high technical standards. Successful candidate will assist in building on teamwork and technical staff development on some of the most challenging and complex infrastructure projects in the country.Initially employee will spend a significant amount of time becoming acquainted with company and local water/wastewater resources to produce a viable business plan for water/wastewater design and ancillary services. Within approximately three months of starting, employee will need to spend approximately 60% of their time on project related work, 20% on sales and marketing, and 20% on management related tasks. Will be responsible for managing all aspects of the Water/Wastewater Group.
