Required Skills MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree including computer coursework plus seven years experience or equivalent required. Work Experience: 1. Seven years hands-on software development experience in advanced, network-focused computer operations in a multi-vendor local area network environment, including three years of application design experience with 24X7, real-time transaction processing systems. 2. Highly experienced in the design and operation of real-time command and control applications 3. Five to seven years experience in direct (first-level) user support of advanced network applications and topologies. 4. Three years experience in a technical management or technical supervisory position required, including experience in supervising staff, managing multiple priorities, and budget administration. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. Experience implementing application software development projects required. BEA Weblogic design and development experience highly desirable. 2. Experience with Internet applications and development and maintenance of corporate intranets and/or custom applications. Experience implementing systems utilizing relational databases. Oracle expertise highly desirable.
