Job Description:
The successful candidate will represent TranSystems with respect to a specific client assignment including go/no go decisions, contract negotiations, collections, proposal strategy, and all other matters involving the client relationship. He/she will have the opportunity to provide a huge impact on the firm as it grows from gross revenues of $210M in 2007 to $500M in 2012, and with 1,300 employees in 2007 to 3,000 employees in 2012. TranSystems offers a very attractive starting salary (depending on experience) with potential for bonus and future equity participation, as well as an excellent benefit package. Preferred Experience/Traits: An undergraduate or graduate degree in Civil Engineering with a Professional Engineer license. 12+ years experience working on progressively larger projects with greater responsibility. Established credibility as someone who can deliver a project on time and within budget. Technically astute and able to follow and critique complex issues related to design, construction, regulatory permits, finance and politics.
