Apply knowledge, skills, and experience with DOD Directive 5000.1. Support efforts towards programming/budgeting for client activities. Required Education/Experience: BS or equivalent and 1+ years related experience or MS or PhD or equivalent Desired Education/Experience (1) M.S. in Business, Economics, Operations Research, Mathematics or equivalent.(2) 10+ years experience, some of which involved supporting acquisition and/or contracting activities within the DOD, Intelligence, or Civilian Federal Agency Community. Required Skills: Knowledge of DOD Directive 5000.1 and 5000.2 or their Civil Agency equivalent. Desired Skills (1) DAWIA Level III Program Manager certification(2) Knowledge of systems engineering, program control, logistics, and configuration management(3) Previously experience providing program management support to Federal Agencies.(4) Strong written and oral communication skills Travel Statement This position will require overnight travel up to 5% of the time.
