Job Description:
Will attend all system administrative training on the systems and serve as system support as necessary. Helps to develop policies and procedures as it relates to the implementation. Help to support the training development and scheduling, related to system administration, superuser and end user training. Required to run analytical reports to support the committees of the implementation. Required to provide reports to Steering Committee on the milestones of the project, and make recommendations to the project\'s management team on the project outcomes. Will provide supervision and leadership to two Project Managers within the IS department. o Required: Ability to lead/supervise others Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and to analyze and interpret data in order to draw valid conclusions for complex business issues Able to translate complex information to a novice level and able to understand the needs of the university and translate that into solutions Must possess the skill, knowledge, and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
