Network Planning Manager- Fort Shafter, Hawaii Description Oversees the planning and evaluation of existing network systems. Designs backbone facilities. Provides assistance in network planning, engineering, and architecture. Assists in the development of technical standards and interface applications, evaluation of new products and network problem resolutions. Performs cost/benefit analysis. Requires bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or math, or equivalent, and two to four years telecom experience involving transmission/traffic engineering and operations.
