Works to identify and hire the best software professionals for SRA. Assists in workforce planning of software resources. Develops the software technical career path, and provides technical career advocates in the area of software, identifies and develops future software leadership skills. Assists in the performance appraisal process for software professionals. Works with Engineering Processes to define and refine software related engineering processes and procedures. Identify and track software best practices and lessons leaned. Work with the related technical communities in areas related to software. Work with business development and capture managers to support full business development and capture process. Assist in creating and delivering demonstrations, presentations and/or prototypes which map features/benefits of technical solution to customers' specific needs. Assists in development of software sizing and resource estimates, and evaluating proposal basis of estimates. Assists in assessing current needs of prospective customers. Assist in answering software related questions regarding technical solutions or approaches.
