The SVP & CFO is the principal advisor to the President and Chairman, and the Board of Directors on matters pertaining to the Bank\'s funds, financial policies, budget and debt collection activities, as well as providing advice to the Chairman and other senior officials covering Congressional oversight. The SVP & CFO establishes policies to govern the financial management functions in the Bank, oversees the development and coordination of the Bank\'s financial management system and the Bank\'s management of financial and budget operations, and formulates and issues financial, budget and accounting policies and procedures. Agency Mission: The Export-Import Bank is the official export credit agency of the United States. Ex-Im Bank\'s mission is to assist in financing the export of U.S. goods and services to international markets. Ex-Im Bank enables U.S. companies - large and small - to turn export opportunities into real sales that help to maintain and create U.S. jobs and contribute to a stronger national economy.
