Responsible for quality control and archiving documentation after imaging.5. Performs all document imaging including the preparation, scanning, indexing and verification of the documents.6. Maintains all client and report files and archives, including preparation of files. 5. Performs mail distribution to Investments area no less than three times a day. 7. Performs distribution of morning reports to Investments staff daily. 8.Maintains office supplies and office equipment through the management of ordering and monitoring. 9. Prepares custody mailings daily and monthly including making copies and preparing envelops. 10.Other duties as assigned.
