Position requires a unique financial executive with experience that combines high caliber and sound financial leadership with the strategic capacity to assist in the continued growth and expansion of products and services. The CFO will function as a hands on and quality focused financial executive with disciplines of financial reporting and planning and budgeting financial modeling and stratagic planning. As a member of the senior leadership team, the CFO will serve as a credible, knowledgeable, and trusted resource to the President/CEO. The selected executive will offer their peer senior managers and the organization quality, meaningful analyses necessary for corporate decisions and strategic planning. Critical experiences will include 15 years of solid financial in the P&C commerial lines industry, 7 years management experience, exposure to reinsurance and investment operations, and a CPA with experience in STAT GAAP and tax.
