Coordinates operational activities within the branch to ensure satisfactory passing of Retail Quality Assurance (RQA) assessments and operational audits. Handles customer questions, concerns, and complaints as escalated by branch staff or otherwise as needed. Maintains thorough knowledge of teller and platform functions. NOTEColorado: In Store Co-Managers are expected to spend a minimum of 50% of the workweek in duties directly related to supervision.Kansas and Wisconsin: In Store Co-Managers are expected to limit no more than 20% of their work-week hours devoted to duties that are neither management duties nor directly and closely related to management duties.
