Job Description:
Significant tasks of the position include conducting financial analysis of such properties; preparing collateral materials for the marketing of the properties; and interfacing with clients and capital sources throughout the entire marketing process. Additional duties include monitoring and managing the Development Fund’s debt portfolio including the debt covenants, balance sheet capacity, and reporting. Qualified candidates must have at least five years industry experience with demonstrated experience with financial modeling and securing capital for commercial real estate properties. Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as verbal and written communication abilities, are required. Candidates must be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel,. MBA preferred, Bachelor’s in Business, Economics or Real Estate/Finance required.
