Job Description:

This position will have high visibility to the top corporate leaders and across many different functions within the company. Working in the corporate headquarters, under the general supervision of the Director- Finance and the Vice President-Financial Planning and Analysis, this position will design, implement and maintain Vertis' three statement financial models, prepare complex cash flow projections and conduct dynamic analyses. This position will also be involved in Mergers & Acquisitions, treasury and other ad hoc projects. Key Words: Financial Modeling, Equity Modeling, Capital Structure, Investment Banking, Credit Review, Cash Flow, Corporate Finance, Mergers and Aquisitions Required Skills Superior Financial Modeling skills Expert/Advanced level Excel skills with ability to create complex analyses Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills High level of quantitative research and analytical skills Ability to think outside the box and present to the Senior Leadership Required Experience BS in Accounting/Finance (MBA preferred) Experience with three statement models, borrowing bases, capital structure modeling and valuation Solid knowledge of financial principles (i.e., GAAP, financial models, capital structure).
