Ability to supervise an architectural staff on multiple projects, provide adequate management, technical advice and support to members of the project team and ensure that work is completed as planned & scheduled. Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills. Candidate will be required to have the skills to clearly communicate with client & URS peers, and provide clear direction to staff working under their direction. Must also be able to document and present work to team & clients in a clear and concise manner. Must be able to work well with clients, staff and consultants. Valid Driver's license. Job Description : In this position, candidate will report to a Senior Project Manager, who is managing a national federal contract. Candidate will be responsible for the design & production of buildings prepared by the Wayne Architectural Group for this project. Candidate will also be involved in a variety of projects types, including new construction, renovations and restoration work for a major federal client. Projects may be local or national, with varying degrees of complexities and challenges.
