Based in Washington, DC, CORE has projects across the region and internationally, including base buildings, (ground up, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, mixed-use), commercial interiors, (corporate, association, law firm, municipal) and a variety of hospitality projects (hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, retail). CORE projects have been featured in top industry publications including Interior Design, Architectural Record, I.D, Hospitality Design and Metropolis as well as in Azure, FX, Wallpaper, Business Week and Objekt. Requirements for this position include 5 years of direct experience with an A/E/C firm in a marketing role, with a Bachelor's degree and a thorough understanding of the A/E/C proposal processes and ability to execute business development initiatives. Candidates will have excellent and convincing writing skills, the ability to meet frequent short-term deadlines, and be highly organized. The Marketing Manager must act on their own initiative with direction from three Principals, work with the Business Manager and Project Managers as well as an outside PR / Marketing consultant to achieve marketing and business development goals.
