THIRD SHIFT converting supervisory position due to promotion! Strongly prefer candidates with manufacturing experience in the corrugated box manufacturing industry and specifically in the converting department! Local candidates in related industry or related manufacturing/printing skills will be considered before candidates requiring relocation assistance!!! HS or GED acceptable level of formal education, however more formal education will afford more growth opportunities within the corporation! Will supervise about 20 employees in this high paced corrugated box manufacturing environment!Must have a minimum of FIVE years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and preferably corrugated box manufacturing!!!!Be capable of taking a leadership role in promoting Safety, Quality, Productivity, and operational excellence! Communicate! Mentor! Lead! Coach! Lead with courage and a sense of urgency! Focus on customer needs! Communication skills are critical! Qualified candidates will have an opportunity to interview immediately!!!!!
