The Position: To Manage all activities at the Facility.To Organize and direct the activities of site engineering, production, maintenance, and supporting services to meet the business commitments of the Corporation.Additionally,responsible for maintaining compliance in Environmental, Safety, and Health.To provide both short-term tactical plans and long term strategic plans to the various business groups represented at the site. Responsible for the cost effective use of resources to meet the needs of the businesses.All functions will be accomplished safely, timely, economically and in compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements.Requirements: [A Portion of the candidate's required experience MUST be within a cGMP & FDA regulated facility] BS degree in engineering or a hardscience with a functional knowledge of both chemistry and general engineering principals.
