Bayhealth Medical Center in partnership with Cejk a Search is seeking a Director of Physician Recruitment.a a This is a highly visible position which interacts closely with the Chief Medical Officer, senior health system management and the systems medical staff. As part of the Cejk a Search/Bayhealth recruitment team, you will manage all of the on-site aspects of the recruitment program, including the oversight and implementation of standardized processes, protocols and procedures to ensure a first-class interview experience. Qualified candidates will have experience in healthcare leadership, project management, recruitment or sales. Candidates must be self motivated, with a history of achieving results, and demonstrated the ability to successfully develop strong relationships with senior management and physicians. A bachelors degree is required and a masters degree is preferred.
