Cejka Search, Inc. seeks a highly skilled account/project management professional to manage physician recruitment service delivery to meet and exceed client expectations and company goals. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work effectively to establish and manage client relationships to assess, manage, and deliver recruitment solutions for multiple healthcare clients nationwide. Ideal qualifications include exceptional communication skills (verbal and written), a Bachelor's degree (post graduate degree preferred but not required), and the ability to travel as necessary. St. Louis, Missouri residence is preferred, but not required. Other preferred knowledge, skills, and abilities include (but are not limited to): · Minimum five years physician search, recruitment management, operations, project management, and/or large account management experience · Solid experience in achieving quality service delivery, process improvement, client relationship management, and use of a systems approach ·
