Job Description:
Must have significant experience in the petroleum refining, petrochemical, or chemicals industry on Small Capital Projects Program. Must have proven leadership ability, communications skills, interpersonal skills, sound judgment and previous lead engineering experience. Must be able to develop strong relationships and accounts with clients Must be familiar with Earned Value Analysis Job Description : URS Representative communicating directly with clients. Responsible for leading URS Project Teams in the execution of the project. Provide oversight to lead discipline engineers, project administrators, project controls representatives, and procurement representatives assigned to the project. Provide overall design coordination to ensure client expectations and contract obligations are met. Specific Duties include: Business Development support Proposal development including development of engineering scope of work, budget and schedule Contract negotiations Initiate setup of project in URS accounting system Planning/Scheduling of resource requirements for project Coordinate design issues with team and facilitate resolution of inter-discipline problems. Support lead discipline engineers and other team members so they can perform their jobs efficiently. Communicate project information with all team members in a timely manner.
