Job Description:

Ensures that effective work processes, procedures, systems and tools are in place to meet project objectives. Works with the Project Leads and Engineering departments to ensure proper staffing is in place to support project schedule, budget and quality requirements. Representative for client relations Leads Project Teams in the execution of projects. Oversees project teams and design coordination. Assures that URS contract obligations and client expectations are satisfied. Participates in business development activities. Assures that the URS Quality Assurance and Accounting procedures are followed. Develops proposals including engineering scope of work, budget, and schedule. Negotiates contracts Initiates setup of project in URS Accounting System Plans & schedules resource requirements for project. Coordinates design issues with team and facilitates resolution of inter-disciplinary problems. Communicates project information with all team members in a timely manner. Manages changes to engineering scope and obtains written client approval on all changes before proceeding with work.
