Premier Telecommunications Firm seeks an Operations Support Specialist who will play a key role in the support of the eBiz Hosting project, in which you will support firewalls, routers, switches, and load balancers for the accounts supported by the eBiz South Team. This Operations Specialist will install, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, while also working with multiple vendors on firewalls, routers, switches, and loadbalancer equipment. You will be required to work on the on-call and after-hours support rotation. You will also need to be able to work physically on the devices for upgrades and repairs. Required skills include: firewalls, routers, and switches. Experience with load balancers is highly desired.
