RESPONSIBITIES: Human Resources Manage HR legal and compliance issues Develop and maintain all personnel and related files Develop as necessary, maintain, disseminate and enforce Company HR policy and procedures Deal with employee relations issues as they arise Manage outside salary and benefit benchmark information and coordinate annual performance review process Coordinate and administer the Company’s benefit programs including new hire and open enrollment along with audit and processing of regular benefit billings Assist hiring managers in coordination of outside recruiting firm efforts and other recruiting / hiring activities Perform other HR related duties as required Office Management Oversee facility space planning and renovations Manage the Company's relationship with the office comples's property manager In conjunction with employee managers and I/T, coordinate all personnel moves and new hire office placements Coordinate the ordering of office furniture and equipment, including vendor management Supervise the Company’s receptionist Oversee the procurement of office and break-room supplies, including budgetary responsibility Perform other office management/facility related responsibilities as required.
