Job Description:
Develops communications for all employee benefits and compensation programs.- Develops benefit education strategies to advise employees of their coverage and any changes thereto with the overriding objective of assisting them in becoming more effective, cost conscious consumers of their benefits.- Directs administration of the Staff Retirement Plan as well as retiree records of pension entitlements and all retiree communication.- Oversee HRIS in order to provide necessary employee, benefit and compensation data as needed.Minimum Qualifications: -BS/BA degree in a related field plus a minimum ten years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably with a multinational or international organization.- Outstanding analytical skills and strong business acumen.- Ability to effectively interface with senior management.- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in an HR environment.- Experience with the design, sourcing and administration of health & welfare programs.- Knowledge of contemporary techniques of employee compensation and benefits administration and application of these techniques.- Direct experience and understanding of qualified defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans to include management and efficient allocation of defined benefit plan assets, asset performance monitoring, preparation and monitoring of investment policy guidelines and annual expense and funding valuations of plan assets and liabilities, pension calculations.
