Job Description:
Administers the job evaluation, performance appraisal, wage and salary management and incentive programs as well as health, dental, life and disability insurance, pension, tax deferred annuity, profit sharing and related programs. Assures compliance with legal requirements and prepares and files required legal documents. Researches trends, prepares cost estimates and recommends plan modifications or improvements. There is reasonable anticipation that employees in this position will not be exposed to blood-borne pathogens. B.A. or B.S. in business administration, economics or related field required, masters preferred. Eight to ten years substantive experience in Human Resources management.
