Job Description:

Evaluates service quality and internal processes; recommends and drives enhancements to gain efficiencies and improve customer experiences. Must be able to consult with users, management, vendors and technical staff to access needs, requirements, and develop new services and/or solutions as required. Detailed responsibilities: Manage infrastructure-related services throughout their lifecycle. Ensure alignment and relevance to customer needs. Assess, and drive improve of, processes and technologies used for providing IT infrastructure services. Partner with management and technical staff to ensure effective service delivery outcomes and reduce costs. Understand and communicate service cost drivers. Ensure service costs are linked to new project initiatives. Provide single point of contact for service requests and proactively manage service demand. Manage issues related to service features, service levels, and service subscriptions. Contribute to and/or lead the development of deliverables such as service level reports, process flows, proposals, and presentations. Take leadership role on various key initiatives, as directed.
