Job Description:

The Controller will be responsible for performing routine accounting activity in support of the Company and related entities. Accounting support to the Company would include: Perform bank reconciliation on all accounts by the 15th of the month. Prepare standard journal entries and account reconciliation to expedite month-end close by the 19th business day. Calculate facilitator income/commissions to meet contractual deadlines and provide respective reports. Track and calculate TMD bonuses. Supervise collection of outstanding accounts receivables for both facilitators and members.DESIRED TECHNICAL ABILITIES Proficient with MAS-200 Accounting System, Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel , and ACT! Demonstrate solid accounting skills following GAAP guidelines and business ethics 1-3 years property management experience (preferred) Reasonable negotiation skills, collection techniques, and solid customer service.
