This position will require the right person to partner effectively with the leaders of the Product Development, EIT, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, HR, and Finance teams. The successful candidate will also work effectively with the HR leadership team to facilitate the industry's best customer experience through designing effective human resources management solutions and practices, creating a best place to work environment and building their leadership pipeline. He/she will oversee all aspects of Human Resources for this business unit, but will also be heavily involved in the strategy, design and execution of HR processes and programs across the company. As a result of extensive cross functional work, he/she will need to build strong relationships based on trust and credibility. Candidate Profile We are seeking a dynamic, exceptional Human Resources executive with at least 10-15 years of leadership experience in organizations with highly regarded HR functions. The ideal candidate is someone who has worked for a customer oriented and technology based company or business unit. We are interested in someone who has the presence, skills, collegiality, discipline and leadership capabilities to lead a premier service organization. Strong experience in all facets of Human Resources processes are important competencies required of the successful candidate. An advanced degree in business or an HR related field is preferred. We are interested in individuals who view Human Resources from a business perspective, who address issues with a well organized approach, and who resolve those issues with sense of urgency.
