Job Description:
Employee Relations regarding potential enhancements to current human resource policies / practices. Plans, recommends and implements planned reductions in workforce that maintain ESPN reputation as a good pace to work and minimize the company's legal exposure. Conducts exit interviews to determine issues or potential problems surrounding voluntary terminations. Provides feedback on critical information obtained during exit interviews to the employee's manager, the Human Resources Business Partner or Director of Employee Relations. Provides feedback and counsel to employees and managers about transfer policies / procedures relative to promotion, pay and conditions of employment. Works with managers and employees as needed to resolve communication issues or resolve employee complaints (including those related to discrimination or sexual harassment) Investigates issues or complaints of harassment / discrimination and recommends appropriate action.
