Recruiting Manager Grade: 23This position reports to the Director of Graduate Management Career Services and works closely with Assistant Directors for Corporate Outreach and Career Development. The Recruiting Manager will develop relationships with employers, for permanent and internship positions, specifically increasing number and range of on-campus recruiters; develop and analyze related statistics; oversee on-campus recruitment calendar; and supervise graduate assistants and administrative assistant as part of coordinating all logistics for on-site recruiting. This Manager will counsel students about career strategy and preparation for on-site interviews and company information sessions; will create an on-line recruitment system; and assist students with company research.Requires: Bachelors degree; masters preferred and experience as a corporate recruiter, knowing the corporate recruiting process at top business schools; experience in a graduate business school career services center is a plus; ability to integrate state-of-the-art technology into the recruitment process; ability to design and evaluate statistical studies; experience as a supervisor; excellent communication and presentation skills; availability to work early evening hours at times, particularly September through November.
