Job Description:
This project manager is responsible for collaborative business, technical and operational project work serving any of the Division departments. The project manager oversees implementation of projects using dedicated and virtual teams and is responsible for preparation and maintenance of project documentation, training, analysis, and communication. May support different levels of review or oversight for complex / special projects managed, as deemed necessary by Division leadership. Required Skills Minimum QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree plus 5 years work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience in managing complex projects / programs; advanced degree and/or PMP designation preferred. Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 1. A minimum of five years of project and people management, including managing complex projects. 2. Excellent organizational skills - ability to juggle multiple workstreams and prioritize work. 3. Ability to creatively seek solutions, navigate ambiguity and change, resolve conflict using thoughtful and clear decision-making. Oriented toward taking action and seeking resolution in a self-motivated way.
