Job Description:
Evaluate vendor technical performance. Organize program management functions including, budgeting, scheduling, planning and execution. Required Education/Experience: BS or equivalent and 5 years of related experience or MS or equivalent and 3 years of related experience or PhD and 1 year of related experience Desired Education/Experience BS or equivalent and 10 years of related experience or MS or equivalent and 5 years of related experience or PhD and 2 years of related experience Required Skills: Communications system performance prediction including signal-level prediction, channel capacity and quality assessment, test planning and data evaluation. Familiarity with antenna design, hardware capabilities, and signal modulation formats and signal processing techniques is desired. Desired Skills Must have excellent oral and written communications skills including a demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as a member of a highly effective technical team.
