Job Description: Seeking experienced manager to assess, plan, coordinate,implement learning and development programs and staffing needs to support the strategic goals.
This individual will engage in all human resources management activities that support the organization's strategic goals, policy development, and institutional interests. The candidate of choice must be able to position Learning and Development for the future; be flexible and adapt to constantly changing needs and demands; have demonstrated ability to create an environment that fosters shared vision, diversity, creativity and staff development; as well as possess the ability and initiative to seek quality improvements while advancing the visibility, partnerships and customer services of the department.
This individual will be required to utilize aggressive recruiting strategies to attract professional and managerial talent for the organization.
Bachelor's degree in related field and 7 to 10 years professional level organizational development experience. Experience/Qualifications Demonstrated ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology. - Knowledge of organization development, principles and processes, methods, and techniques including an understanding of adult learning principles, and of a wide range of training methods, techniques, and formats. - Training experience must include demonstrated ability to prepare procedures as well as organize resources and establish priorities. - Demonstrated ability to make sound administrative decisions, to understand strategic goals and develop programs to support their achievement and to manage within approved budgets. -Ability to provide leadership to external and internal customers. -Drive strategic, cost effective staffing solutions. -Drive our diversity program. -Act as subject matter expert to provide guidance to the leadership and Human Resources professionals. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer focus. - Strong project management, performance consulting and influencing skills a must.
Job Requirements: Education Master's degree in related field ,and 5 years of professional level organizational development, preferred Candidate Must Have : HR Training environment
